perhaps they are the retards? this is what ive been getting for the past five weeks:

tickets get their automated response and then it goes silent and as for phone support i cant afford to hang around on the phone overseas to wait for their high volume of requests to be answered.
So whats left, ive waited and tried patiently for five weeks, now ive grown tired of waiting on them.
