I think people find it shady that a majority doesn't decide the most powerful office in the land, but 538 people do a month after people vote.
People from all over the country are in big population areas, it's not like they're in a born & raised big city bubble.

rules have been known before the election, election was held, people voted, winner was announced... seems pretty final to me, nothing debatable about it...
for next election there could be a debate and rules could possibly be changed, that's fair enough... but don't you think it's a bit nuts to even consider changing the rules for the current election after the fact?
this whole election drama is like attempting to change the rules of football after the superbowl, claiming "my team had more total yards, clearly they are a better team! they should be declared superbowl champions!"
