Well Paul, I think term limits is a no starter
However, I agree in concept -- 18 years (3 terms for a US Senator) 18 Years (9 terms of a House Rep) then pension them out. This would be worth the expense to get rid of the 70-87 year old men and women trying to force the USA into its past times
