Looks to me like two hypocrites having a dance.
Trump is probably the better guy.
(Some) White people <3 Steve Bannon. However, I couldn't find any smoking gun. So far he is a code word conservative political strategist (or boogie man). Trump needs him to keep his chumps in line while he does the tango with Pence.
