We will have less people working. 20 million folks are going to retire on his watch in the next few years and about equal are going to come online. We are trading experienced and trained folks for untrained and inexperienced folks.

We are not going to worry about unemployment or jobs but how to find people. He can try and redo trade agreements to keep manufactoring and deport illegals but we don't have the people now.

Black unemployment is at all time lows in some states and near decade lows overall if not at it at 8.5%.

Economists have said that we are near the peak of this economy by every standard and have been for a few years. But is this a new normal? Japan has had this for 10 years as their population is now declining and their work force has been declinging for a while.
