Black unemployment is at all time lows in some states and near decade lows overall if not at it at 8.5%.

Economists have said that we are near the peak of this economy by every standard and have been for a few years. But is this a new normal? Japan has had this for 10 years as their population is now declining and their work force has been declinging for a while.
After Trump takes office what are the odds of black unemployment going from an all time low to an all time high?
