I built a CMS that does that for model websites.
You just create a new site entry and give it the domain. When the incoming request is for that domain it renders that site. No need to clone a site or do individual setup for each site.
I'm working on rewriting it right now based on some stuff I learned working with models so far. I can tweak it for escort sites.
