SEPA and ACH but there is a lot of consumer b2c resistance -- for b2b that is a perfect solution. The problem is that you are limited to the areas of these bank services. However, probably 50% of your customers may have these services available.
https://www.dwolla.com/ Dwolla can do you US ACH and bulk wire to the UK I think -- talk to them. So, now you have the USA and the Eurozone covered. If lust jobs is "escort services" you may have a problem in the USA. These services are not legal if they are just prostitution with a nice new name.
Just add the fee you pay on your sale price outside of the SEPA and ACH zones.
*Offer BTC in those areas also as an alternative payment method too -- no harm in acquiring what customers are our there to be had.
