BTW, almost all yogurts on the market are full of sugar, so it defeats the purpose of trying to clean out your gut while feeding the bad bacteria with sugar. Always eat plain non fat yogurt, late at night is best. You'll get results.

If you put some dill in the plain Yogert it helps the taste.
