I love "the effort" which is no effort, just great time to me.
Lets look at it from the technical perspective. According to your playlist description it is something like 10 minutes of effort and 10 minutes of sex for you. Ps: it does not matter, just take this for example.
So here is how I see it:
You have 12 hours a day. 10 minutes out of those for "effort", 10 minutes for sex. And 11 hours 40 minutes for something else.
While effort is no better than sex, it is still better than anything else I do that day. So by this simple logic I would love to expend 10 minute effort into 20 or 30 or whatever. Just because those would be more enjoyable minutes than whatever else I may be doing with them
