Germany has these types of laws.
France and The Netherlands only has age laws for performers that it will enforce.
BTW, Europe is not a country. The EU is a Federation of Sovereign Nations that have common agreed to "Directives" that are promulgated into law by each nation-state. There is no federal law like there is in the USA -- a USA that is one federal republic.
If the European Parliament passes an age verification Directive -- each state in the EU would be required to pass a national law meeting the goals of the agreed EU Directive.
