The Bill will cut access to 99% of underage porn viewing.
After all what use are kids to the industry ? They dont spend actual money.
Unless of course you are in the business of selling page views...........
And yes Twitter Google et al will all come into line. This Bill clarifies the law, removes the grey areas, and means that regulators have the power to turn you off.
