This is what I've been saying all along. We all want to "take down the man" but then "the man" is just replaced by another man.
Trump has always been the establishment. He's said he "buys and sells candidates" when he was running for the Republican nomination. He isn't part of the establishment - He IS the establishment. He is one of the ones who controls the government.

The saying goes "making laws are like making sausages". No one wants to see how they are made, but everyone loves a good sausage. This is true with all politicians - they say what they need to say to get elected. However, once they are in office they are faced with a harsh reality.
It's very easy to say "build a wall" and it sounds great with the Republican base, but the reality is vastly difficult. We can spend billions or even trillions on building a three thousand mile wall but in the end it will be completely ineffective. At the same time, there are three thousand other things the President has to work on.
