There are some great sites making money. It's just that no one here has one.

Online porn spent the glory years from 1998 to 2008 worshipping traffic. which would have been good, if only they had not competed at giving away content to get it. Yes, even the game of getting traffic was dominated by who could give away the most content.

2008 the rise of free vs paid for, got supercharged. Instead of losing 50% of sales, we lost 99%. I'm generous with those ratios. Those paying $300 to $1,000 per scene and webmaster who thought they could create porn, were fucked or on their way to being fucked.

Today the customer will not buy because Tubes are better. And they're free. And that's the point. If you can't sell something that costs $1 a day, you're either a crap salesman or have a crap product compared to what others have.

The OP complains about models wanting $600 a scene. The ability to get the best out of that model in that scene is what determines you having a good product or a bad one.

Crap in crap out.

Rethink your approach to the product. Because conveyor belt porn isn't going to compete with Tubes with free bespoke porn.
