Those emails are super useful, and they increase transparency.

This is entirely up to the program owners. The choice is provided to always, never or or affiliates choice to send notifications (which means if you activate receiving them, then you will get them).
So this part is out of our control. The options are there. Perhaps talk to the affiliate managers and see if they are willing to send them to you or perhaps they aren't even aware of that particular option or how to control it. If not, below is a link for affiliates to make sure it is activated on their end, and for program owners so it can be configured to work (if they want to provide this to their affiliates)
