Try the porn lawyer who posts here. I think he gave me advice about 23 years ago when I put up my first site. I had a local attorney advise me what I could publish and where not to send the magazine I published. The Internet was new and he gave me another attorney to contact. I do remember (with amnesia that's rare) being told the 'over 18/21' warnings weren't needed. I ignored that and put them up. Everyone thought I was nuts. Years later it was done by most and I was glad I'd done it. You don't fuck with US laws about this. Sure I was afraid even though my content was r-rated but I'd rather be safe than sorry. All it takes is one Bible-belter to get on their high horse about an 18-year old posing nude. Chances are they jerked off plenty before bitching.
No offense to religious fanatics. Just don't try to change me or lecture me on the morality of porn. You don't like it? Ignore it. It will never go away.
