Replacing cigarettes with snack foods will do that to you.
Getting fat is a lifestyle choice, it has fuck all to do with metabolism or hereditary. It's 100% down to eating too much shit.
Photos of 1966 shows the truth, no fat people. 50 years later 1-4 are obese. Google the difference in years to see the truth.
