Meanwhile Hillary had a significant lower amount of votes than Obama had in both previous elections, yet still more than Trump at 49%. Showing that even though they didn't like Hillary they also didn't like Trump. This shows that more than 50% of this country doesn't like Trump. I think 51% whom appose Trump is actually a very conservative number, because the 48-49% were only the people whom actually voted...

It's also inaccurate to say that the left doesn't vote for whoever the candidate put in front of them as demonstrated by hillary for example. Only 1% voted for Stein which sure as hell couldn't be seen as a right-wing candidate as opposed to 3% that voted for Johnson which is more likely to garner Republican votes. Looks like more people on the left voted for the candidate put in front of them than those on the right.
Trump was not my first choice but he was the last candidate standing, that's who I voted for. The Democrats could've ran any candidate other than hillary and easily won but why didn't they?
The fact that Trump removed any possibility that hillary will ever be POTUS is mission accomplished.
