Over the last 50 years, the West has been on a course to rid itself of as many manufacturing and well-paid jobs as possible. The idea that the wealthy create jobs is based on 1960s business models.

So for most voters, their living standards have become worse. Losing a job paying $40,000 and replacing it with one paying half isn't any form of compensation.

To force down wages even further mass migration of low-skilled workers has been encouraged and any attempt to complain is met with cries of racism. Which is ironic as the worse his are citizens of the country who are in minorities.

This cannot be allowed to continue.

Within that 50 years, China has gone from being destitute to being the largest economic power in the World. And China wants more of our jobs.

Forbes Welcome

It's pointless for the West to invest while cheap imports are allowed to flood our markets. No matter how much is invested if a Western produced product costs more than a Third World product, the Third World wins.

If we continue on this course we will be increasingly poorer. Even those who disagree with me. Because their customers will be unable to afford their products. Even in markets like porn, which is immune from China because of their anti-porn laws. That doesn't mean all of the Third World has the same laws.

This is what Free Trade and Globalisation does. Because while most are getting poorer a small group are getting insanely rich. Fast forward 10 years and think of your children's future. They will be poorer than you.
