I'm reserving judgment until the investigation is finished. It just sounded like you were dismissing it because it ultimately isn't that many votes or that big of a percentage of the votes. Of course, I could have mistook what you read.
In the end, if there appears to be fraud from either party it should be delt with accordingly.
