I already posted about this. It was one of my first posts on this forum.
If banned users never returned this forum would be deader than a dead badger that had just received it's graduate from badger school in the art of dead badger science.
Is that not part of the fun? Like a game of cat and mouse?
Is that not the reason banned users repeatedly return?
Also, those rules were written in Aug 2002 and in case you missed the bulletin a lot has changed since then.
