It looks nice and responsive. I would try pulling the gray filter off the pictures in the design and see what it looks like to brighten it up a little. Another suggestion would be making the ASS in the logo a different color to make it pop a little more. Don't be afraid to try different join colors and hovers as well. Split test different things to see what helps create better conversations and gets people to the join.
