It hasn't even been twenty-four hours since the attack, so are aren't sure what happened. The suspect died so there is no threat to society, no urgent need to label this as anything.
But you are right. We need to stop refugees coming from all countries. We can start with England and Germany. I mean, Europe seems to have a lot of terrorists so we should start there.
