We got to face facts - Too many criminals are running big pieces of this industry because of the huge profits that can be made - When globill, sypro, sunnydollars, lancelot do things on a large scale - No one really gives a fuck as it deflects attention from their own scams - When small-time webmasters hit on a way to scam a programme, you hear nothing, or very little - Why?
Because that would increase for need for the industry to be regulated - The big guys certainly do not want that, do they?
Yet, slowly but surely Visa are taking over that mantle of regulators - And it is easy to see where the last push to get the most out of the time left is coming from, before Visa make further changes to take more control of this biz.
