"Buttfucking" is not legal in every state in the union and apparently isn't in 12 states. Raping your wife is not legal in "every" state in the Union. You asked me the question, so I will now ask you the same question, "What country do you live in?" If the answer is the United States then you are very ignorant about American Law. In addition the majority of upper echelon military personnel, as well as career military personnel are Republicans.
