Appears to be more of a WordPress issue. WordPress can be notorious for dragging things down. Eliminate plug-ins that you do not absolutely need. Also have them check the database, perhaps it's having connection issues.
Hard to say with info at hand, but those are two places I would look first.

Yeah, Plug in ... they have told me this today to removed any fancy plug in
, so i did what they ask , speed seems to getting back to normal
