We're looking into this, but the IP you reported to us really did not return any results. It's possible this is an error in our system, but generally it works well. This is why we requested more information from you to narrow down our search in locating the offending campaign.
We always try to keep malware out of our network and have a variety of tools to do so, but unfortunately it's not always 100% possible. We take your complaint very seriously and I think other advertisers that have reported malware to us can atest to the fact that we always do our best to find and stop it ASAP.
