Could a person who has served, and / or, a person who loves their country, still burn the flag for, let's say, a protest against racial discrimination, or perhaps in a protest against oil companies treading on native-owned land?
My thinking is, desecrating the Flag should have remained against the Law. There are many, many other ways to protest. I have nothing further to say about this subject.
