When someone perceives Obama as a Nazi, you can just assume they don't even understand what a Nazi is, and that they're most likely misinformed.

When a room full of people at an alt-right meeting are yelling "heil" and using the Nazi hand salute...well there's no mistaking that for what it really is. What hairs are there to split over that scene? It's a bunch of fucking Nazis unabashedly acting like Nazis.

The waters are not muddy here. Alt-right should be called what it is...white supremacy. Normalizing their speech is not the direction civilization is supposed to be heading, and Trump's election has seemed to embolden these ugly people. Every news outlet should stop calling them the "alt-right" and call them what they are --- white supremacists, or Nazis. Letting them have this new branding with a harmless sounding moniker is doing exactly what they need to be de-marginalized.
