What are they selling?
If a buyer doesn't want it, then how the fuck is it eBay's fault? Maybe try not to sell shit? Maybe surfers found a better source of whatever your family member sells that hadn't been available before?
Just today I bought 4 items from Ebay, 1 from Amazon and 3 from Grailed. And it wasn't little shit either.
