it's certainly gray area, if not illegal, it's a bit in poor taste... if it had a small watermark in the corner "created by fakeTrumpTweet.com" then fair enough... but as is, it's difficult to determine if the screenshot is legitimate... so I would guess it's closer to libel, than "mockery"...
and what possible good could come out of this? it's pretty clear how it will be used, some idiot will create a fake tweet "we should deport all blacks", other idiots will think it's real, will share it on social media, it will just create further divisiveness...
