You seem to have no idea what this was about. This incident was real and so was the arrest, but you missed what really happened.
The pizza place is part of "pizzagate" which was some silly conspiracy theory related to the hacked Podesta emails, and nut jobs think they weren't discussing ordering pizza in the emails but instead are were involved in some pedo S&M thing. The gun man went to the pizza place to investigate.
In short, we have a nut case who went to a pizza place to investigate a crime that never happened.
