I believe if you go to his Youtube you will find many vids that have a ton of suggestions that work - not just inspirational - real hands on here's how to do it stuff
I believe that he actually spent the first years turning his fathers liquor store into a $60 mil business before he went into his ad shop
I agree Shap is a great inspiration - over the years I feel we've inspired others to do things they hadn't thought possible - just my take on it
