Electric autos are for people that can pay more and get a tax credit, or;
Can economically justify the purchase.
I think that Fracking should be limited to zones that can be contained as "hazardous to life". Abandon the land to its best use. Move away from the water tables. People should be compensated for their property and income loss by the parties fracking and creating a hazard.
