The reason you don't see much of it is because Visa and Mastercard don't want to process for it. When they still did there was a lot of bestiality (these sites were doing 1000+ paysites sales a DAY). If it was legal in the US and Visa and MC would still process for it every tube would be full of bestiality banners.
