As much as some people might want it, I don't think 39 electors are going to vote for Clinton. The only way the investigation Obama has ordered can really change things is if it brings up evidence that Trump and his people rigged the election.
Maybe there are other ways he could be kept from becoming president, but I don't see them.

They don't have to vote for Clinton, acutally, but I too do not think that enough electors will change their vote. I do think that their should be an investigation into the "hacking" matter to confirm who did it, if possible, and to hopefully come up with some ideas to prevent it from happening again.
