That's what most people in NL say, but that doesn't explain the big red lips and big golden ear rings.
Either way it's a children's tradition that was never a problem until a few years ago when the black people in NL suddenly started to complain that it was racist...
So now it's banned in a few counties, and other counties make it that they have to be in all sorts of colors (so also red, yellow, orange, etc. Petes)
