Which country it could be used against? Somalia? Sorry but I don't think that the US taxpayers will be happy to know that it absolutely useless against other armies because they have the modern anti-ship cruise missiles and tactical nukes. China, India, Iran and even Pakistan can sink it in minutes. What is the reason to spend such a big money to it?
