I don't know what he thinks but look at the facts:
1) The former Soviet republic Georgia is totally controlled by the USA. Even its politicians and officials receive the salary from the US tax payers (yes man, you pay them from your pocket). When Russia bitch slapped their US-trained army during the so-called 5-day war in 2008, have the Sates helped their puppet regime somehow?
2) When Russia decided to take the Crimea back, it just did it. Have the Ukraine got any help from the Western friends? The USA, EU, NATO, anybody?
3) When Putin wanted to start that military operation by his rules in Syria, he just did it and looks like he didn't give a flying fuck to the Obama's warnings.
How come?
