I've been here since 2003 (in the business since 1999) never complaints against me about deals or money here, ever, anywhere.

Nobody is perfect and people might have issues sometimes but the complaints about The Butcher always seem to be him KEEPING peoples money and not doing what he promised. I can't speak from experience but I trust the mounting complaints about him. He could be a great guy that's just not that good at doing business.
