According to the US media, almighty Putin is the new Emperor of Earth. He can easily start the civilian war in Ukraine and put the biggest (after Russia of course) country in Europe into chaos, force Brits to vote for Brexit, set his puppet governments in the USA and EU. Is there anything he can't?
