All cards ask for proof, all accounts ask for proof. Paxum want proof where I live after I've sent 2 forms of ID, with me holding it...

I never had any issues with Paxum, but Payoneer is just different story.
Its OK to ask for proof in the beginning, but not OK to ask me to send a picture of myself after 1 year of their service.
It's privacy issue here, i would never want to sent picture of myself holding my ID first of all. They should ask in the beginning and not after 1 year plus locking my Mastercard with $$$ on it.
