Let's see, make it so the state Senate has approval of the governors cabinet members
Reduce the number of state employees the Goivernor can appoint from 1,500 to 425
Stripped of power to appoint a majority to the state Board of Elections. The number of board members was expanded from five to eight, with the eight members to be evenly divided between the two major parties

If they really were just trying to limit powers and shrink the government then why didn't they do it years ago when the Republican Governor was in office? Why was there no mention of this during the election? Why did they wait until the Democrat won THEN called a special session to pass these laws? We know why, some of us, clearly, just don't want to admit it.
If the reverse were true and Obama and the Democrats held the House and Senate then held a special session to strip incoming President Trump of some of his powers Republicans would cancel Christmas, seal the borders, and revoke everyone's birthdays in a fit of rage.
