Hey I know it's the holidays and things have been uplifted and fragmented for you living in a different land etc. Maybe family all over the place in different countries etc. Your homeland being disrupted. I know what it's like to have no family and be alone at this time of year and it's easy to be other than happy. I don't believe innocent people deserve bad things, and I know you don't really feel that deep down inside. Be thankful for all the good things in your life. Gratitude & mindfulness kills the negative rott that tries to eat us alive.
