Try Tumblr and Twitter. I have been using them for some time for adult traffic and conversions are decent. You can automate posting with a bot or a tool such as IFTTT.COM. For Tumblr I would suggest to open multiple accounts using proxies because they are know to randomly ban NSFW accounts randomly. If you want accounts to last longer try to make them as legit as possible and don't include a link to your site in every post so it doesn't look spammy. You can automate posting using a bot especially if you have a ton of pictures. The more you post the more followers you get. To start getting followers you need to follow other people that are interested in your niche and some will follow back. As your following grows so does re-blogs and likes and or course traffic. Same goes for Twitter but on Twitter its a little harder now that they have some algorithm that blocks your account a lot especially if you use some form of automatic posting or you follow many users and unfollow daily.
