People who work at Amazon know they have certain duties. Work hard, fulfill their job requirement and shut up. If you work there you know. You're not going in blind. Big demand with stressors. If you can't handle it, leave and work at an easier job. It's pretty simple.
Crying and feeling sorry for yourself does no good. Go wash dishes in a diner or dig ditches with day laborers.
