You're missing the point. Supply and Demand of labour determine the costs. Migrants of all but the high skilled create and oversupply of labour, lowering wages in that area. They don't goto states with cheaper labor/fewer workers rights., they create them.
At the moment this is happening all over the West, add the growth of Third World imports, Automation and you have a perfect storm.
