There are some tricks to it. It's been a few months since I ran a campaign but there is a way to stop that. If I remember correctly I kept modifying my campaign trying to get even better results, increasing my budget and that's what caused it. Instead you have to stop that campaign and start a new. I don't think it was so much the campaign mods as it was the increasing the budget. More or less if you increase the budget it figures it from the original start time and at the end they will expand the campaign to use your budget. Again I think I remember that correctly.
