I see their system as a way to weed out the idiots, not as one being ran by idiots. Everybody and their Mother wants to use FB to sell their widgets and thinks it's a piece of cake. The problem is, it's not an "idiot proof" platform and the world is full of impatient idiots who want instant gratification but won't put in the time and effort to learn the system. Kinda like affiliates who want hosted FHG's and all the other shit instead of being real webmasters.
This is why some companies pay other companies to run their ad campaigns for them. Some people get it or have the interest in learning it while others get easily frustrated when they can't figure it out. Shit mang, you can't even figure out how to contact customer service and you want to plan an ad campaign on the worlds largest social platform?
