They are the only advertising company on this planet who offers no support for advertisers. That doesn't make me stupid. I spent hours making my ads, I read all of their instructions, I doubt it there was something I missed but it would be helpful if they had someone looking into the issue or at least tell me what happened so I can make a correction.
I have zero issues with Twitter, Adwords, Bing Ads, Reddit or anyone else. They all have support. Facebook is the only company with no support
My main issue is with their lack support. I don't count a self help user forum as support. They have no support personal who helps anyone when they have a problem.
