Unemployment is at 4.6%. Consumer confidence is it's highest since 2001.
Here is how I believe this will play out. I honestly believe it takes a year before a president is able to cause change. We will have a good year or two and then everything will head downhill.
For better or for worse, I cannot wait to see how this turns out.
